"You must go to Bath!"

This morning we woke up and headed to a final breakfast with Michele and Bob, at a lovely hidden gem Trevaskis Farm Kitchen. The restaurant is part of a farm, where they locally source many of the ingredients. It was an absolutely delicious start to our day, something we would never have found without them. Breakfast came to a close and we said our thank yous and farewells, with big hugs for all. It was so wonderful to spend time with them and I certainly am looking forward to my next visit! As Bob said, I can bring up to 3 people, so who's up for a Cornwall vacation!!

Off to Bath we went. The drive took us through Somerset, home of the world renowned Glastonbury festival. We didn't see the actual place, but did pass the signs and I may have put it on my bucket list.

Shortly after that we arrived in Bath. After finding parking and checking into our hotel, we made a game plan. Armed with a guide book of Bath, courtesy of Michele and some suggestions, again, courtesy of Michele, we were off. Navigation our way around, we were blown away with the architecture! First stop was "The Circus," a series of buildings that create a circle and look in on a lovely park with gigantic trees (panorama shots were a must!). The we snuck to the Royals Crescent, another spectacular architectural site. After that, we headed down a beautiful gravel path and into the city center. An amazing shopping center built into historic Roman style buildings, lead us to the Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths and the Pump House. Although we chose not to go in, these Roman baths are the main attraction and how Bath got its name. Our final site to see was Pulteney Bridge. This bridge goes over the River Avon right through Bath.

I was also very excited because we found a Car Phone Warehouse! Why would this store in a city full of amazing stores, sites and restaurants excite me you ask? Well, traveler tip! For only £15, a little less than $20, you can get a U.K. sim card for your phone complete with unlimited texting (in the U.K.), 500 minutes of U.K. calling, and the best part 7GB of data! You get a U.K. phone number, but, with the data, you can iMessage people back home for free! Not to mention google things to your hearts content! Highly recommend this! We really should have done it sooner, but we kept putting it off. Plus, if you do it at Car Phone Warehouse, it takes like 4 minutes and they put it in for you and your out the door.

Dinner was at Wagamama, which is a chain, but boy was it delicious and fresh Asian food! This was a suggestion from all my British Youtubers and I couldn't resist! Dad approved and was very happy with the meal!

We enjoyed all of the sites Michele recommended and tomorrow plan on eating breakfast at the Pump Room, her must do suggestion, before heading off to Stone Henge and then on to York.
